This is a 1987 930 Shift Assemble with the Weltmeister Short Shift kit on it.
I got the complete unit for $100 which is about average for this unit .
There are some apparent flaws with the design and there is some loose tolerances in the construction. I think I will make my own version with a spring on either side to hold it in the plane and also maybe a reverse lockout.
